My sister and I have been hiding how excited we are to announce our new upcoming blog and finally today is the day... WWW.VERNENCISO.COM and WWW.VERNIECE.COM are going to be one!!! I hope you're as excited as we are! :) Won't it make everyone's lives easier? We look so much alike anyway :P haha!

But before I divulge more details on the new blog, will you get sentimental with me and look back at the last year and 5 months? I never knew how much my blog and I went through until now and I'm thankful for every opportunity that was given to me :)

#1: Go Out of Town

Taking a break from Manila's heat, I decided to take a walk and enjoy the cool refreshing breeze at Tagaytay Highlands. I just love how my Mango dress blends in well with the background and the season - perfect for summer!

#2: Pool side hangout

Unfortunately, my summer started later than everyone else. Every time I see my friends from other schools post photos of themselves at the beach, I can’t help but feel jealous. As a compromise, this is how I started off my first stress-free week of summer. I decided to take some time off and spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool. This was taken before a formal family dinner hence the chiffon prom dress.

#3: Trying new things

Since it's my summer vacation, I decided to be productive by trying new things. This summer, I picked up baking! Here I am trying a new recipe and having fun while mixing my cupcake batter. This could very well be a new hobby of mine. Why not try it, too? It is something that your whole family can enjoy as well!
